Cancelling an order

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact us to cancel an order.

If your order has been dispatched you will have to return the order to us before we can cancel your order.



If you have any reason to return an order, please contact us to arrange a return we apply a 20% restocking fee for goods returned + P&P.

To return a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA), by sending an email to Please include the order number in the subject line and a description of why you want to return the item in the email.  We aim to reply to all emails within 1 working day.

All items must be returned in their original unopened condition.


Faulty Goods

If you experience a fault with our products please contact us stating the problem and your order number. We may ask you to provide a test page in order to ascertain where the problem lies and in case there is a manufacturer’s fault we will provide you with a returns authorisation number and issue a replacement or refund (within 30 working days) to you upon receipt of faulty goods.

To return cartridges to us, you must post them to us yourself. We strongly advise you to use recorded delivery with the Royal Mail, so that there is evidence of the goods arriving at our facility, and also it can be tracked in case of delays. We will contribute up to a maximum of £4 towards your shipping costs, even if it cost you more.  You can also send the item to us with courier, but please note we will only fund £4 of the shipping cost towards your credit/refund.

When returning goods to us you are to ensure they are safely and properly packaged, to avoid spillages during transport. Please note refunds can take up to 30 working days to be processed. Replacements can be arranged within a day or two subject to stock.

If for any reason there is a problem or fault with any of the cartridges you have bought from, you may receive a replacement or refund.


Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days of delivery. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we received the goods back, we will send a replacement to you.



Please note:

Products returned without an RMA can not be processed

All items must be returned in their original condition. You have a duty of care to handle the goods properly and without damaging them.

If the goods are in a poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse its return

We ask you to package the items securely as the items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility

Delivery charge refund of £4 is only available if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are found to be faulty.
