SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship 99% of orders placed before 2pm out on the same day. Orders placed before 4pm may still be shipped out on the same day. Subject to stock of course.

To ensure same day shipping, please place your order as early as possible.

 

What are the shipping costs?

  • All orders to be delivered to UK Mainland destinations are shipped free of charge when the order is above £20.
  • For orders below £20, there is a flat £2.50 shipping charge to the UK Mainland.
  • For orders shipped outside the UK, there is a flat £15.00 delivery charge.
  • Please note we DO NOT ship to countries outside the European Union (EU).

We usually ship all orders out by express & secure next day courier.

We usually do not use the Royal Mail.

How can I place an order?

The easiest and fastest way to place an order is online through this website. It’s the fastest way as orders placed online are being sent through immediately to the warehouse for packaging.

How can I pay for my order?

The easiest and fastest way to pay for your order is by using your Debit or Credit Card. We accept all major UK and European cards.

You may also pay by cheque or bank transfer, however it may slow down your order.

 

Is it secure to pay by Debit/Credit Cards online?

Our website uses a secure technology called SSL. The gateway for card payments is powered by SagePay (who used to be called Protex). They systems are very secure, and you can order with confidence.

Please note that UKTonerCartridges.co.uk DOES NOT view or store your card details. All card payments are done through the third party platform.

 

Will I get discounts on larger quantities?

Our website offers volume discounting on most of our products. This is applied automatically when you add products to our shopping cart. Our system will know to apply discounts automatically in accordance to the quantity you wish to purchase.

How can I request to return an item?

Please read our Returns Policy below. Returning an item is very simple.

 

How long is my warrantee, and what does it cover?

Standard warrantee on our cartridges is 2 years.  The warrantee is only on products that you have purchased from us.

What is your Returns Policy?

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days of delivery. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we received the goods back, we will send a replacement to you.

Faulty Goods

All our printer cartridges come with a 24 months warranty. We ask you kindly to contact us in case you experience a fault. We may ask you to provide a test page in order to ascertain where the problem lies and in case there is a manufacturer’s fault we will provide you with a returns authorisation number and issue a replacement or refund (within 30 working days) to you upon receipt of faulty goods.

You must return any faulty or unwanted goods to us yourself. We will refund up to maximum of £4 for your delivery charges. Please ensure that you are sending it with a recorded service, such as Royal Mail recorded or special delivery. You can also send the item to us with courier, but please note we will only fund £4 of the shipping cost towards your credit/refund.

When returning goods to us you are to ensure they are safely and properly packaged, to avoid spillages during transport. Please note refunds can take up to 30 working days to be processed. Replacements can be arranged within a day or two subject to stock.

 

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong model (Within 14 Days)

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong model and the goods have not been in your possession for over 14 days, then you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will issue a refund within 30 working days. You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. You have a duty of care to handle the goods properly and without damaging them.  Items should be returned to us in a condition as they were received.  If the goods are in a poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse its return.

Please note that freight and insurance costs of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer.

 

How do I raise my returns request?

To return a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA), you can get this by sending an email to customerservice@uktonercartridges.co.uk Please include the order number in the subject line and a description of why you want to return the item in the email.  We aim to reply to all emails within 1 working day.

What is the best way for me to return my items to you?

We always advise our customers to use some form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery. The majority of items are returned to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery or by courier.  Pleaes note that if you return cartridges to us by normal post, you take it at your own risk in case they do not arrive or are lost. We will not be held responsible if your goods never arrived at our warehouse.  If the goods you are returning are faulty, we will only fund up to £4 off the shipping charge.

What is your Anti-Spam Policy?

ukTonerCartridges.co.uk does not tollerate spam, and will not send spam email or other spam marketing to anybody.
We occationally semail email shots to registered customers and customers who subscribed to our mailing lists.  Such emails will contain special offers, promotional voucher codes, new product information, major updates etc.

We will never sell our database to anybody, and will never make our subscribers details public to any other party or company.  We do not share our mailing list with any other person or company.
